Long story short, this blog was set up to keep the literary juices flowing in my increasingly moth-eaten mind.
The name 'Lexiconist' alludes slightly to this blog's purpose, but I'm not going to write a dictionary. Hardly.
The idea is with every entry, I'll pick (at random) a number of words - from ones that you might spot in a periodical from time to time, to esoteric ones that you won't even have a peek of within your fleeting lifetime - and weave it all up into something that can pass off as something, well, passable. And not being accused of butchering the language is always a big plus.
A lot of the details are still pretty fuzzy, like whether it should be a narrative series, or short stories, or something different every time, but as the saying <insert trite proverbial cliche - you can fit at least a dozen here> goes, best to plunge into the thick of things first.
